Developer plans to purchase, rehab Penn Arts (The Indianapolis Star)
INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis developer, Reverie Estates, plans to buy and renovate the 80-unit Penn Arts apartment building at 16th and Pennsylvania streets. Reverie had done similar rehab work with residential buildings in Irvington and near the State Fairgrounds, said company president Christopher Piazza.
