Main Gate developer loses suit (The Monterey County Herald)
One of the developers of Seaside’s Main Gate project has been hit with an $89 million judgment in a lawsuit brought by a Los Angeles developer for interfering in negotiations with a restaurant chain. Chicago-based General Growth Properties, Inc., vowed to appeal.
