Developer Buys Odd Fellows Building For Stores, Apartments (New London Day)
The developer of the burned out Central Hall block in Mystic has purchased the Odd Fellows Hall on Cottrell Street for $770,000 and plans to begin work to renovate the first-floor retail space and eventually create apartments on the upper three floors.
